Anh Chi Em

Our Anh Chi Em program is also known as our Big/Little Sibling program. This wonderful program demonstrates SB VSA’s central theme of family. This program is generally designed to help first year or transfer students transition to life at UCSB. A Big’s responsibility is to provide both academic and social support for their Little(s), just like an older sibling would. We carefully pair up members with either a Big or a Little(s), and hold bonding events to provide chances for the pairs to get to know each other. The more time spent together outside and inside of VSA, the greater and closer the relationship! The pairs are chosen based off of personalized and common interests. This program is never selective and is open to all interested.
