ABOUT

The mission of the Vietnamese Student Association at the University of California, Santa Barbara is to retain a cultural identity while promoting solidarity within the UCSB student population. It is our goal to establish and provide a safe and welcoming environment in which students are free to organize various activities with the purpose of educating our members about the unique experience that is the Vietnamese-American identity. By sharing the Vietnamese culture with our members and the surrounding local community, we hope to promote acceptance of all minorities and increase awareness of important social issues. VSA intends to remain active in the Santa Barbara community by hosting and assisting in social, cultural, and community service events throughout the year.
